What this site collects
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The only personal information it processes is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, optional organisation, and message.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you. It is delivered to our mailbox and handled by the people who answer enquiries. We do not add you to marketing lists, share it with third parties, or use it for profiling.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows from it, after which it is deleted in the ordinary course.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Write to info@madibe.co.za and a person will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
